5-7PM WELLNESS JOURNEY
Join us for a nourishing wellness journey designed to support balance, connection, and renewal as we transition into fall. This immersive experience weaves together a heart-opening cacao ceremony, grounding movement meditation guided by Angelica Palmer, conscious breathwork, and a restorative sound bath. Each modality is thoughtfully integrated to align with the rhythms of the season, release what no longer serves, and cultivate peace within a supportive community space. Bring a yoga mat & blanket.
For more information on Angelica Palmer and her offerings, please visit www.thetelegraphschool.org/classes.

7pm ARTISTS IN THE ROUND
An eclectic mix of local musicians share individual works, followed by improvisational play. Participants include:
Shira, “singer/songwriter writer and spoken word artist from the Bronx, NY. After a long break from music/word art, she brings herunique blend of soul, folk and funk to central NY.”
Angelica “Dzeli” Palmer, “an interdisciplinary social practice artist and ritualist. Through song, dance, and storytelling, she creates visceral and emotional work rooted in the earth. For decades she has led rituals, taught classes and hosted events interweaving community, activism, and the arts throughout the U.S. and Canada. She is the founder of The Telegraph School, a home for Healing & Performing Arts in Cherry Valley.”
Home Visitor “dances on the line between confessional singer/songwriter and prop comic. Unfortunately relatable songs that will make you say “why would anyone write a song about that?”
Tooth “plays the trumpet, sings, writes poetry, organizes community efforts, and cavorts around the Mohawk Valley sinking their teeth into any whacky stuff that comes their way.”
Adam Cooper “multi-instrumentalist born and raised in Gem City, Ohio, where boredom begets music. For over three decades Adam has thrived through collaboration and has played with and recorded countless independent bands from Hardcore Punk to Lo-fi Bedroom Pop. New to the Schenevus, NY area, Adam hopes to continue to grow musically and collaborate with anyone with the spirit of music in their hearts.”
